Delivery and Collection Executive

We’re looking for a commercially driven Delivery & Collection Executive to help grow PizzaExpress’s Delivery and Click & Collect channels across key platforms including Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Just Eat.

This role plays a hands‑on part in driving sales, improving profitability and optimising the customer experience across delivery platforms. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to execute promotions, launch menus, analyse performance and turn insight into action.

What the role involves:

• Test, review, and optimise menu layout, pricing, availability, and customer journey across delivery channels to boost conversion rates, sales, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead weekly and periodic performance reporting, consolidating insights from multiple teams to spot trends, risks, and opportunities, meet leadership needs, and guide commercial decisions.
• Report on commission and pay-for-performance calculations, collaborating with the manager and Operations teams to identify opportunities and drive better commercial results.
• Build and maintain strong, effective relationships with key external partners (e.g. Deliveroo, Just Eat, Uber Eats, Deliverect, Peroni) to ensure seamless execution of platform initiatives, including promotional campaigns, marketing activity and new feature launches.
• Work with delivery partners and internal stakeholders to ensure contractual commitments (e.g. promotions, funding, visibility, reporting) are delivered as agreed.

What you’ll need:

• Strong analytical capability, with confidence working with data to drive insights and decisions
• Good Excel skills, including the ability to manipulate data and produce clear analysis
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
