Senior Partnerships and Trading Manager

This is a high‑impact commercial role at the heart of our Trading team, driving dine‑in sales growth through brilliant partnerships and gift card performance.

You’ll own and optimise our trading partnerships (think Tesco, UNiDAYS and beyond), shaping strategy, unlocking commercial value and ensuring campaigns land flawlessly across the business. Alongside this, you’ll lead our Gift Cards channel, line‑managing the Gift Cards Manager and driving long‑term category growth.

What you’ll be doing

  • Own the end‑to‑end partnership lifecycle – from identification and negotiation through to delivery, performance and renewal
  • Shape and evolve our partnership strategy across student, rewards, lifestyle, loyalty, employee benefits and affinity audiences
  • Secure new commercial partnerships that drive incremental covers, sales and brand reach
  • Lead monetisation across owned channels, including affiliate and reward‑based revenue models
  • Oversee Trading governance, performance reporting and post‑campaign reviews
  • Lead the annual Gift Cards strategy, ensuring strong execution, growth and alignment with wider Trading plans
  • Coach and develop the Gift Cards Executive to deliver high‑quality trading, reporting and partner relationships
  • Influence senior stakeholders across Brand, CRM, Digital, Operations and Finance

What you’ll need

  • Proven experience in commercial, trading, partnerships or marketing roles
  • Proven experience negotiating and managing high‑value commercial partnerships
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in forecasting, budgeting and analysis
  • Experience working across multi‑channel trading environments
  • Confident stakeholder manager with excellent communication skills
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint capability
  • Experience line managing or coaching junior team members
  • Proactive, organised and solutions‑focused
